Paignton Zoo & Living Coasts
Ben suffers from a condition called Sanfilipo Syndrome.
Ben's mum Jenny contacted us to see if we could help Ben achieve some of his dreams.
Sometimes it's not weeks away or long distance trips that have the most impact, and for Ben - an animal lover,
what could be better than a day at Paignton Zoo and Torquay Living Coasts?
Ben and his family were picked up and whisked to the zoo in style - in a luxury Limo!
Ben had the opportunity to feed many of the animals at the zoo, including the Giraffes and Elephants.
At Living Coasts, Ben spent time learning about the animals and feeding the Penguins.
A word from Jenny...
I wanted to contact you to say thanks for a fantastic day out.
The people at the zoo were amazing and made bens day extra special.
He got to feed the giraffe and an elephant, to watch the look on his face bought tears to our eyes.
Something so simple as going to the zoo will be in ben's memory forever.
My mum wanted to say an extra special thank you to you all, for making her day riding in a limo with her grandson. For being able to see the happiness in bens eyes and listening to him laugh. Kirsten also will have some amazing memories of days out with her family and older brother laughing and having fun. The Radmore family would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
