Dream-A-Weigh Annual Weight Loss Challenge

The Dream-A-Way Annual Weight Loss Challenge is now in its 4th year for 2011.

The event, which attracts participants of all shapes and sizes helps entrants lose lbs whilst raising £s for Dream-A-Way.
Participants pledge to lose at least 10% of their body weight and raise a minimum of £100 in the event which runs from January to May each year.

As a little enticement to any reluctant volunteers Dream-A-Way are pleased to have struck a community partnership with local sports centres.
Through PARKWOOD COMMUNITY LEISURE who manage all of Exeter City Council’s sports facilities, Dream-A-Way are delighted to be able to offer our first 25 challengers membership to one of the gyms FREE OF CHARGE for the period of the challenge!
All that we ask is for a £10 registration fee which will be refunded on receipt of the challenger’s £100 sponsorship.

So what have you got to lose? Eat and drink whatever you want over the festive period, then weigh in during January to lose your 10% target weight in 4 months. Bikinis and speedos ready for the summer!

Currently there are memberships available for the Arena, Wonford Sports Centre, the Pyramids and the “new” Riverside but don’t delay - register today!

To register or for more information you can ring or text Jeff on 07796442144 or email chairman@dream-a-way.org
We have already two volunteers… One aiming to lose their 10% and one aiming to increase his weight by 10%!!
